CODE OF CONDUCT — Lavaye™

Introduction

The Lavaye™ Code of Conduct sets clear expectations for both clients and therapists. It protects the quality of our services, ensures a safe working environment and reinforces the professional standards that define our brand. By booking a service through Lavaye™, you agree to follow the principles below.

Professional Standards

Lavaye™ provides legitimate, non-medical, non-sexual massage and wellness services. Every therapist works independently and maintains full professional responsibility for the treatment they deliver. Our role as an agency is to coordinate bookings, manage communication and maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism across all interactions. We expect all parties to behave respectfully and uphold the same level of professionalism.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must create a safe, clean and respectful environment for the appointment. The therapist must be able to work without disruption, pressure or inappropriate behaviour. Clients must communicate accurate booking information, remain reachable before the appointment and be present at the agreed address when the therapist arrives. Personal conduct during the session must remain appropriate at all times. Any form of harassment or inappropriate request leads to an immediate termination of the session.

Therapist Responsibilities

Therapists working with Lavaye™ are expected to follow high professional standards. They must arrive on time, communicate clearly, respect client boundaries and maintain confidentiality throughout the appointment. Therapists must hold the necessary insurance, qualifications and right-to-work documentation. They must deliver treatments safely, follow all Lavaye™ guidelines and report any concerns or incidents to the agency.

Zero-Tolerance Policy

Lavaye™ enforces a strict zero-tolerance approach to misconduct. Any form of offensive behaviour, sexual request, intimidation, threatening language or aggressive attitude results in the immediate end of the session and may lead to a permanent ban from the platform. Lavaye™ reserves the right to refuse service or cancel future appointments if we believe safety is at risk.

Safety and Environment

The therapist must feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. If the environment is unsuitable, unsafe or inappropriate, the therapist may leave immediately. In such cases, the full booking fee continues to apply. Safety is a core priority, and both clients and therapists must support this standard.

Confidentiality and Respect

All communication and personal information shared during the booking process or appointment are handled with discretion. Clients and therapists must respect each other’s privacy. Lavaye™ expects all interactions to remain courteous, professional and aligned with the values of a high-end wellness service.

Consequences of Misconduct

Lavaye™ reserves the right to suspend or permanently block users who breach this Code of Conduct. We may also take further action, including notifying authorities, when behaviour presents a risk to safety or violates legal requirements.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Code of Conduct to reflect improvements in safety standards, operational updates or changes in regulations. All updates will appear on this page, along with the revised “Last Updated” date.
