These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Lavaye™ website and the booking of any service offered through our platform. By accessing our website or confirming an appointment, you agree to follow the rules outlined in this document. Lavaye™ operates as a premium mobile massage and wellness agency in London Zones 1–2.

Service Description

Lavaye™ connects clients with independent massage therapists who offer non-medical and non-sexual wellness treatments. Therapists work on a self-employed basis and take full responsibility for the treatment they deliver. Lavaye™ manages bookings, communication and quality standards to ensure a smooth, high-level experience for every client.

Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made exclusively through our official website or via authorised communication channels. You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting a session, including your full contact details and the complete address where the therapist will attend.

Payment is required before the appointment begins. All transactions are processed securely through our online booking system, powered by Stripe. Payments take place within Stripe’s encrypted environment. Lavaye™ does not have access to, and does not store, your card numbers or any sensitive payment information.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that the appointment space is safe, clean and suitable for the treatment. The therapist must be able to work without disturbance or inappropriate behaviour. Clients must be available at the booked time, respond to communication when required and provide correct address details. Any behaviour that compromises safety or professionalism may result in immediate termination of the session.

Therapist Responsibilities

Therapists are expected to arrive on time, deliver the service with professionalism and maintain a high standard of care. They must hold valid insurance, right-to-work documentation and the necessary qualifications for the treatments they provide. Therapists must follow Lavaye™ guidelines and inform us immediately if any safety concern or operational issue arises.

Prohibited Conduct

Lavaye™ enforces a strict zero-tolerance rule for inappropriate, intimidating or sexual behaviour. Any action that puts a therapist at risk results in the immediate end of the session. Lavaye™ may block future appointments, and in serious cases, we may report behaviour to the appropriate authorities. Our services are strictly professional and wellness-focused.

Refusal of Service

Lavaye™ reserves the right to refuse any booking that presents safety concerns, operational conflicts or misuse of our services. We may cancel or decline future appointments if a client breaches our Terms and Conditions or Code of Conduct. Decisions are made with the safety and professionalism of our therapists in mind.

Pricing and Changes

Prices for our services may vary depending on duration, location, therapist availability and any updates published on our website. Lavaye™ may adjust pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of booking applies to that appointment. Additional costs may apply if the client requests changes to the booking that affect travel or session duration.

Liability

Lavaye™ operates as a booking and advertising platform that connects clients with independent massage therapists. The treatments are carried out entirely by self-employed professionals who hold full responsibility for the services they provide. Lavaye™ does not deliver the treatments and is not a party to the service contract formed between the client and the therapist.

Lavaye™ is responsible only for the management of booking requests, communication channels and platform operations. We are not liable for any loss, damage or issues that arise from client behaviour, unsafe environments or circumstances outside our operational control. Therapists are individually insured and carry their own professional responsibilities. Lavaye™ maintains appropriate agency-level insurance related to platform operations, not treatment delivery. We do not accept liability for personal items, property conditions or events beyond our role as an introducer and advertising provider.

Intellectual Property

All branding, text, images, graphics, media, website content and design elements belong to Lavaye™. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute our materials without written consent. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Website Use

Visitors must use the Lavaye™ website responsibly and must not attempt to disrupt its operation. We may restrict access if misuse is detected. All content on the website is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.

Privacy and Data Protection
